time off
It’s been quiet around here lately … I’m organising a conference for the end of July which takes up most of my day and doesn’t really leave me the time at the moment to browse around blogs or write stuff down (even though there are so many things happening to write about). Life will be back to normal here once that is over.
Resources on media and social theory
I came across the wonderful website www.theory.org.uk today that I think everyone interested in social theory and media studies should check out. It has resources on general social theory, gender, media effects. It has creative stuff on Web 2.0, tipps for media students, an art lab and lots of other stuff. My favourite: social theory trading cards.
